Meet the Team

My name is Jill Ruf. I was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky and grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. I attended the University of Utah graduating with a Business Marketing degree. I have four children, three of whom are now adults. My youngest is starting high school this year. I also have a cute little dog named Boo that keeps us entertained.

My most fun job I ever had was working at Disneyland for two summers while in college. I also enjoyed being an online English tutor to Chinese school aged children who lived in China. Before coming to Trailstone Insurance Group, I gained experience in the insurance industry working for a property and casualty insurance company servicing policies.

I enjoy being able to help people find insurance that suits their needs while giving outstanding customer service. I believe that people should be treated the same way I would like to be treated.

I love spending time with my husband and kids. Our favorite places to travel are to Disneyland and Hawaii. I love to travel and would love to visit Switzerland someday. In my spare time I like to design and make quilts for family and friends. I enjoy solving word puzzles and reading.

Favorite Drink: Coca cola, especially in a glass bottle made with real sugar
