Super helpful having Duane check out the rates for us on home insurance. We were able to save some dough and he was always happy to help and answer questions. Follow through counts for a lot. They aren’t pushy but they do want to get you into a plan that will save money. We are now better covered with less premium. Fast response, answered questions in simple terms that anybody could understand and didn't try to pull a fast one like other insurances do. Great service, and followed through on promises. I scheduled a call Friday, got promised the info sometime Monday, Monday morning I had the info I requested and was able to be insured by Wednesday. Could have been faster, but that was because of me being busy. Overall great experience and well pleased. Was able to add renter's insurance for about 5 dollars less than what I was paying for my old insurance alone. I am sure if the time comes when I need to actually use the insurance, the service will be good. Travis did a great job.
