This allows us to work for you and find the best options for your coverage and the best pricing available. There is no charge to use our service, we are paid by the insurance carriers directly.

Our belief is that we must love, serve and treat others the way we would want to be loved, served and treated (the Golden Rule, right?) … easy to say but hard to live up to. Trailstone started in 2013 with the goal of modernizing and personalizing the way insurance is purchased and to focus on what your needs are, rather than selling something to you that you don’t want or need.

It took years to pass the Ramsey team’s vetting process. We had to prove to them that we have the “Heart of a Teacher” in our selling approach with our clients. This means your needs come first, before ours and the carriers. Insurance agencies cannot purchase a Ramsey Trusted endorsement, it must be earned. And if our customers are not happy with our service we will lose the “Ramsey Trusted” endorsement. To make sure we are continually improving, the Ramsey team does monthly training with the leadership here at Trailstone Insurance and asks for feedback directly from our customers.

Insurance agencies, like State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Allstate and USAA only represent one insurance company. These companies typically provide great service and if you fit their one preferred profile, they may have a decent insurance rate, but usually they don’t have best option year after year.

Since 2014 Trailstone has been 99% paperless and digital… (we use less than 100 sheets of paper per month and only have 1 printer in the office). This is important to us so we can help save our trees and landfills.
